Ways to Practice Body Positivity

positive body image definition1. Look in the mirror, and remind yourself of 3 physical features (legs, body, etc.) that you are thankful and grateful for. 
2. Tell yourself "There is no wrong way to have a body, and that you are beautiful inside and out." 
3. Wear WHATEVER YOU WANT! Remember IT IS YOUR BODY!
4. Take care of yourself. (yoga, exercising, gym, cardio, etc) 
5. Remember that your mental health is just as important as your physical health and being. 
6. Focus on positive qualities and/or talents. 
7. Avoid negative talk. 
8. Remember it is ok to admire the beauty of others, but don't compare yourself to others.
