Tips for acceptance of body Images

- Keep a list of things you like about yourself.
- Surround yourself with positive people and positive vibes. After all, "compliments builds confidence."
- Remember to do nice things for yourself. IT IS OK TO TREAT YOURSELF!
- Use the time you spend worrying about food and calories, to remind yourself all that you are thankful for and treat yourself.
- Do not focus on 1 bad feature, start to see yourself as a whole person.
